Anthony (Tony) Liston – CEO

Tony Liston is an Australian Chartered Accountant and has led several technology and business services companies including publicly listed EzyBonds UK plc. He brings significant financial, technology and global business acumen to his role at Splitlock™. As Chairman and Company Secretary of EzyBonds UK, Tony was instrumental in expanding the base of clients across multiple sectors as well as ensuring proper financial and operational controls during the company’s expansion. He has worked across a broad range of trademark and patent application issues. Tony’s career includes managerial posts with Masterfoods Australia (of MARS Corporation) where he oversaw four production facilities, transaction processing centralization and employee training. He has successfully managed large global teams and transactions worth over $3 billion.

Sean McShane – Director

Sean McShane has managed several global projects including in the financial services and sports entertainment sectors. He currently serves as President of EzyBonds (USA) LLC and as a Board member of EzyBonds (UK) plc. Sean serves in the main operating role for the company, orchestrating strategic initiatives, corporate partnerships and management of Splitlock's™ expanding global advisor and technology network. He works closely with Tony Liston on the establishment and expansion of Splitlock's™ presence in the United States including strengthening ties with New York’s, Silicon Valley’s, and Boston’s respective VC communities. Sean also serves as the main contact for all security industry associations including the Internet Security Alliance (ISA) and The Security Network.

Adeel Saeed - Chief Technology Officer & Executive Vice President

Adeel Saeed is a technology executive with extensive hands-on technology management experience in the financial/insurance industry architecting, deploying and supporting business critical infrastructure and applications. He has considerable experience with on and off-shore software, hardware and managed hosting vendor management. Technology regulatory compliance, along with in-depth knowledge of systems, telecommunications, network, project management, market data applications and storage and database technologies and administration round out Adeel’s strengths. He has strong ability in managing risk controls as well as analyzing and implementing risk strategies. Adeel is a graduate of New York Institute of Technology and is a member of IANS (Institute of Applied Network Sciences).

Leigh Stillard - VP Product Development

Leigh Stillard has been involved in the development of Splitlock™ since 2007, and brings his exhaustive knowledge of the product to the company. He has extensive experience in technology startups and large multinational corporations, with a focus on service delivery, compliance, security, infrastructure and resource management. He specializes in information security. His expertise is in providing secure and highly redundant operating environments in the financial, media and telecom industries. Prior to his involvement with Splitlock™, Leigh had led several product development teams in both Australia and the United States.

Thomas Abbett - Head of Marketing Joint Venture

Tom Abbett leads the Global Marketing Team which includes communicating the unique capabilities as well as game-changing aspects of the Splitlock™ technology. He has specialized in new product development and marketing throughout his career. Splitlock's™ Global Marketing team defines all target markets, including; GSAs (government agencies), healthcare companies, corporate entities, credit card processors, credit card issuers, and credit bureaus, among others. Tom and his team work in close coordination with the management team, Board members and financial advisory team to further refine the marketing plan and revenue projections as well as to meet government mandates. He has been involved with Splitlock™ since the early stages.
